adaptive systems who applies human factors engineering with red teaming cognitive tools and techniques to address security problems. He is a pioneer of next-generation technology, who
combines subject matter expertise, creativity, imagination, curiosity, and empathy to help leaders solve their business problems. His skills and knowledge were refined during assignments to the Department of the Army, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, and the United Nations. He holds a bachelor’s degree from The Citadel, a master’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and is a former Fellow at the George C. Marshall Center for European Security.
